About the Provider
Services are provided by 3VIA.AI (hereinafter — the "Provider"). This agreement is a public offer; payment for an order confirms full and unconditional acceptance of its terms.

1. About the Service
3VIA.AI is a service that provides access to Google accounts with an active Google AI Pro subscription. After payment, the system automatically delivers an account from inventory.
2. Terms of Use
By using 3VIA.AI, you accept this agreement. You undertake to use the accounts provided to you for personal purposes only, not to share access with third parties, and to comply with Google AI's terms of use.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payment is made when the order is placed. After successful payment, the account credentials (email and password) are delivered automatically on the order page. The credentials can be viewed again through a link that stays valid for 30 days.
4. Limitation of Liability
3VIA.AI is not an official Google partner. The service operates independently of Google Inc. We are not liable for changes to Google's policies that affect the availability of the AI Pro subscription.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in a separate document — the Refund Policy. If technical problems arise with the delivery of an account, contact support within 24 hours of payment.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes not settled out of court are resolved as provided by law.
7. Force Majeure
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations in the event of force majeure — including changes to third-party policies (including Google), decisions of regulators, and disruptions in the operation of payment systems and infrastructure providers.
8. Changes to the Terms
3VIA.AI reserves the right to amend this agreement. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published means acceptance of the new terms.
