Services are provided by 3VIA.AI (hereinafter — the "Provider").

1. General Terms

3VIA.AI provides digital services — ready-made Google accounts with an active AI Pro subscription. The service is considered rendered at the moment the account credentials are delivered to the buyer. After delivery, the service has been performed in full.

2. Account Replacement Guarantee

If technical issues arise with a delivered account, we will replace it with a new one at no additional charge. Replacement applies in the following cases:

  • The AI Pro subscription was revoked by Google through no fault of the buyer after account delivery
  • The account was not working at the time of delivery — technical failure during the delivery process
  • Technical issues with Google's service prevent the use of the subscription

3. Money Refund

A monetary refund is a last resort and is only possible in two cases:

  • We were unable to deliver the account credentials within 48 hours of payment and did not offer a replacement within that time
  • Payment was processed twice due to a technical error in our payment gateway

4. Exclusions

No account replacement or monetary refund will be provided if:

  • The account credentials have been viewed and used
  • Access to the account was lost due to the buyer's actions — changing the password, violating Google's terms of service, or sharing access with third parties
  • Google changed its service terms on its own initiative after account delivery
  • The request was submitted more than 48 hours after payment without prior contact with support
