2. Data We Collect

When you place an order, 3VIA.AI collects:

• Email address — for order delivery and communication
• Telegram ID and username — if payment is made through the Telegram bot
• IP address — for fraud protection and compliance with regional restrictions
• Referral system cookie — to record the referral code when you arrive via a partner link
• Payment details — processed by payment systems, not stored by us
• Technical session data — for fraud protection and rate-limiting

3. Legal Grounds for Processing

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• Consent of the data subject (the "I agree" checkbox at checkout)
• Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (delivery of a paid account)
• Compliance with applicable laws and prevention of fraud

4. Use of Data

Data is used solely for:

• Fulfilling the order and delivering the account credentials
• Processing payments through partner payment services
• Maintaining security and preventing fraud
• Responding to support requests

3VIA.AI does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Sharing Data with Processors

To provide the service, the Operator shares the minimum necessary amount of data with the following categories of processors:

• Payment services (to process and confirm payment)
• Hosting providers and infrastructure services (to host and run the site)
• Error monitoring and analytics services (Sentry, Yandex.Metrika)
• Telegram (to run the bot and deliver notifications)

Data is shared on a contractual basis, with processors bound to maintain confidentiality.

6. Data Retention

Order data is stored for 90 days after the order is placed. The link for viewing account credentials remains valid for 30 days. Once that period expires, the account credentials are deleted from the system. Accounting and other reporting records may be kept longer in the cases provided for by law.

7. Your Rights

The data subject has the right to:

• Obtain information about what data of theirs is processed and for what purposes
• Request that data be corrected, blocked or deleted
• Withdraw consent to processing
• File a complaint with the competent authority

Requests are sent to Telegram @threevia and processed within 14 business days.
